Commissioning, Troubleshooting & Calibrations
If your press isn't running at optimal performance or has any other issues, our engineers and service technicians can look into the issues and provide you with the solutions you need. We are experienced in every aspect of the press line from the uncoiler, straightener, feeder, press controls, press safety, transfer systems and destacker.
Our press controls department is skilled in numerous PLC families including Allen-Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi lines. We have designed, engineered and commissioned controls for mechanical, hydraulic and forging presses.
We also offer press calibrations using our self-contained AutoCells. If it has been a while since your last calibration or if you just want peace of mind in getting accurate tonnage, our technicians can take care of your calibration needs. Having accurate tonnage can help diagnose problems with your press such as gaping or snap-thru (reverse tonnage).
